Just had a mid-year review with my manager and his observations about me are all topsy-turvy.
He likes things about me which I am not good at and he thinks I am bad at things which I am good at...
such is life....anyone who knows me wouldn't say I have good communication skills...(Oral and Written both..haha..), I am supposedly result oriented :-?? and I am a team-man..that absolutely does it.....it hits at the basic ethics of my life, which is each man for himself...
Well the rest of the things are confidential.. :-D, or they are the things I'd rather keep to myself... :-P
